He was born in 1970.

After graduating from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (1994), he completed his specialty training at Uludağ University Plastic Surgery Clinic (2000). There, after working particularly in the fields of microsurgery and hand surgery, he served as a Plastic Surgeon at Istanbul Nisa Hospital, Kolan Hospitals, and Maya Estetik between 2000 and 2015.

Since 2015, he has been seeing patients at his clinic in Istanbul Nişantaşı.

Professionally, he is mostly interested in male genital aesthetics (especially penis enlargement surgery), breast aesthetics, buttock enlargement with implants, leg aesthetics with silicone implants, and facial aesthetics (facelift techniques). He performs many surgeries that are not performed very often (reducing the laryngeal prominence –Adam’s apple–, removal of cheek fat (Bichectomy), drooling surgery (i.e., stopping the flow of saliva in spastic children, etc.). Apart from surgery, among non-surgical aesthetic procedures, he only performs exosome applications, filler, Botox injections, and PRP treatments.

Testicular Implant

Testicular implants are egg-like silicone balls. The missing testicle, which is not congenital or was removed at a young age, is replaced. Thus, the person's missing testicle is replaced.

Butt Aesthetics

Butt is an important part of the anatomical structure. Even in men, if there is no butt, there will be a lack of aesthetic appearance. To understand this, you can look at Michelangelo's David statue. The statue of David contains all the anatomical features of the male body. He is male, but he also has a small and prominent butt. If you remove that butt part from the statue by shaving, the statue will have no beauty left. In other words, a prominent butt adds aesthetics to the appearance of both men and women. With one difference... If you place a larger implant in women and enlarge the hips with fat injection, you will get a more rounded and prominent, feminine butt. For men, it would be appropriate to use smaller implants. Fat injection is never performed on the sides of the hips in male patients. If fat is injected into the sides of the hips in men, it will look feminine and should not be done.

Bichectomy

Bichectomy is known abroad as "Buccal fat pad removal". The exact translation is “removal of cheek fat”. Removing cheek fat produces different results in men and women. In men, chubby cheeks disappear and the face gains a slimmer, healthier and livelier appearance. In women, decreased cheek fullness has a different result. Young girls have full cheeks. This gives the young girl a childlike expression. When cheek fat is removed, the cheek becomes flatter. This gives female patients a “more adult”, “sexier” appearance. Female patients gain a more feminine appearance. If you pay attention, all the famous models have flat cheeks or even slightly sunken inwards. You can achieve this look with bichectomy.

Leg Aesthetics

What we mean by leg aesthetics is the surgery of shaping thin legs by placing silicone implants. The leg is shaped by plumping the calf muscle at the back of the leg, below the knee.

Tummy Tuck

If there is sagging in the abdominal skin; If there is excess that you can hold and lift with your hand, a tummy tuck can be performed. But surgery is not just about removing excess skin. İdil Calf Dissector

This tool is used to place silicone calf implants in leg aesthetics. It is a surgical tool that has reduced the surgery time, which previously took 5-6 hours, to 30 minutes and enabled the implant to be placed much more conveniently and safely. Leg aesthetic surgery performed with this surgical tool is completely bloodless. International patent has been obtained (Patent number: TR 2014 12611 Y). İdil calf dissector is definitely a revolution in this surgery as it reduces the duration of calf implant placement surgery from 5-6 hours to 30 minutes, makes it completely bloodless, and allows the implant to be placed in a suitable space without encountering any resistance. Although it is actually a very simple surgical tool, it is a fact that this surgery can be very difficult to perform without the Idil calf dissector.

Penis Retractor

-In any surgery, results may sometimes not meet expectations. The patient’s metabolism and wound healing are not always optimal. For these reasons, revision surgery (corrective surgery to address issues) may be required for any operation. If a revision is necessary for our own patients, they will need to cover the hospital costs. A nominal fee is charged for the revision procedure itself.

What is penis enlargement basically and how is it done?

Basically, two processes are performed. Thickening and lengthening. No tissue or part is added for the extension process. The penis is an organ, one-third of which extends below the pelvis and one-third of which is inside. For lengthening, this inside part is slid out. This part that can be shifted is only the part in front of the pelvis. That's why the maximum growth (for our race) is 3-4 centimeters. Although there are several methods for thickening, the healthiest method that provides sufficient thickening is fat injection. The patient's own fat is taken from the belly, waist and legs. This oil is injected subcutaneously in the penis. The penis's own tissue is not touched during the surgery. That's why it is the safest plastic surgery. The tissue of the penis is not touched during both thickening and lengthening. All surgery is performed around the penis.

How many days should I spare for this surgery?

The patient comes to the clinic for examination at 13:00. He will have his surgery the next day in the morning. He can return to his country by plane on the evening of the day of surgery. So, if you are coming from another country and your plane lands in Istanbul in the morning, this job will only take you 2 days. You will be examined the day you arrive in Istanbul, have surgery the next day, and return to your country in the evening.

How many days does recovery take?

You should not have sexual intercourse for 3 weeks after the surgery. If your job is not heavy (you do not carry loads), you can go to work the day after the surgery. The patient is sent to his country on the evening of the surgery. He cannot take a shower for three days after the surgery. On the third day, he removes the dressing by wetting it in the shower. Washing with soapy water will not cause any harm. The dressing does not need to be renewed afterwards. Since all surgical stitches are placed with self-dissolving threads, the stitches will dissolve on their own. You can have sexual intercourse after three weeks. Pain may be felt during the first intercourses, but these pains disappear after a few intercourses. If you exercise in the gym, such exercises are prohibited for 1 month.

There are different techniques for penis thickening. Such as implants (penuma), filler injections, thickening with skin patches. What do you think about these techniques?

There is no ideal technique for penis thickening. In other words, it should be safe, last a lifetime, and provide sufficient thickness. There is no such thing. Anyone who says there is is lying. The best method to thicken the penis is to thicken it with one's own oil. So, fat injection. Let me explain it step by step...

Can penis enlargement be done with penile prosthesis?

The penis does not grow with a penile prosthesis. This has been tried many times in time. The medical literature is full of cases of implants penetrating the penis and coming out while trying to enlarge the penis with a penile prosthesis. Normally, an implant (happiness stick) suitable for the size of the penis is used. These implants are used to relieve erectile dysfunction. It has been tried many times to enlarge the penis by using implants slightly larger than the size of the penis. It has always failed. Don't try it at all.

Does penis enlargement cause any harm to the penis?

If this surgery is performed properly, it is not possible to cause any damage to the penis. In this surgery, penis tissue is not touched at all. The surgery is performed entirely around the penis. Therefore, it is impossible for any damage to the penis.
